When I first communicated with this vendor, their process sounded professional and we really liked the sample photo they sent us, a smiley puppy. Unfortunately, after placed the order, the experience became worse and worse. Firstly, the salesperson did not communicate timely when they could not meet the timeline I sent very early. Not until I followed up many times, they then told me they cannot meet my first deadline. Moreover, the first sample they made was FAR from the image they showed us, and I could not believe they showed it to me. We had to make the 2nd sample. 2nd sample is ok, but still not aligned with the image (quite different). But at that time, we didn't have a choice, as we already missed the first deadline (first event), and could not miss another one. So we accepted this 2nd sample. After we received the mass order, our team found many inconsistencies in the batch, including sizing different, bigger/smaller ears, etc. Unfortuately, this experience was not bad
